Mama discovered Mr. Bean.

One night, late 1993, she said she watched something called Mr. Bean. Jen, Jovert, and I were puzzled. “Mr Bean??? What's that?” Mama kept an eye out for it again—she said they might re-air the show that night. And this is the episode that we watched: "The Return of Mr. Bean."

 The five of us laughed so much!

Our introduction to Mr. Bean was memorable. He was a new character; he became popular over the next few years until his peak, Bean: The Movie in 1997.
